DESCRIPTION:This important event is offered exclusively to AISSA primary sc
 hool leaders (or their representatives) and is supported by AISSA Chief Ex
 ecutive\, Anne Dunstan.\n\nJoin the Be You team as they launch their new r
 esources designed to support AISSA primary schools to respond to distress 
 &amp\; self-harm and plan for Responding to Sudden Death (including Suicid
 e).  \n\nThis practical workshop will introduce school leaders to the Be
  You national guide\, Responding to distress\, including self-harm: a guid
 e for Australian primary schools\, and explore how to confidently use the 
 resources and adapt them to meet their individual school contexts. The gui
 de is designed to complement existing state\, territory\, and school-based
  policies and processes\, while strengthening the mental health supports a
 lready in place.  \n\nThis session will also include a leadership briefi
 ng on Be You’s new Responding to Sudden Death in Primary Schools servic
 e\, helping school leaders consider proactive planning as part of their br
 oader wellbeing and response work.  \n\nThis is an opportunity not to b
 e missed. Schools are welcome to send more than one representative to atte
 nd. \n\nDelivery mode: 1 x face-to-face session\, with a repeat online 
 session offered on 19 October\, primarily to facilitate regional school pa
