Through regular professional learning over the year\, each early career teacher will receive ongoing support focused on establishing positive rela tionships and learning environments\, as the foundation for effective lear ning.  Exploration of their pedagogical toolbox aims to link effective te aching strategies and the architecture of a lesson.\n\nAn essential compon ent is the school assigned mentor – who will work alongside their early career teacher as they journey from Graduate to Proficient.  The thoughtf ul pairing of mentor and early career teacher by schools sets them up for success.
