Through regular professional lea rning over the year\, each early career teacher will receive ongoing suppo rt focused on establishing positive relationships and learning environment s\, as the foundation for effective learning.  Exploration of their pedag ogical toolbox aims to link effective teaching strategies and the architec ture of a lesson.\n\nAn essential component is the school assigned mentor – who will work alongside their early career teacher as they journey fro m Graduate to Proficient.  The thoughtful pairing of mentor and early car eer teacher by schools sets them up for success.
