 ds on the strengths of previous years and includes: \n\n 	expert advice
  on purposeful parent conversations and communications from David Wilksc
 h\, a highly experienced principal and Principal Growth Director at LESNW\
 n 	an energetic session with Bill Hansberry exploring key elements of ef
 fective classroom management\n 	practical solutions from Madhavi Nawana 
 Parker to reset\, recharge\, and recover\, based on her publication Educ
 ator Wellbeing\n 	insights from Highly Accomplished and Lead practitioners
  on designing learning and responsive teaching approaches.\n\nThroughout
  this series\, a coaching conversation scaffold will support school teams 
 to identify achievements\, set goals\, and determine next steps within a s
