 4 to 12 months.\n\nAITSL Professional Standards for Teachers: Focus areas
 3.4\, 6.2\, 6.3 and 6.4.\n\nDelivery mode: 2 x face-to-face

 factors. With practical workshops\, coaching and more streamlined evidence
 collection\, the process is now more flexible and teacher-friendly\, while
