Moderation for Learning: Evidence Informed Practice day 3 of 4

12th June, 2019 @ 9:30 am

12/06/2019 - 9:30 am - 3:30 pm

Event Categories:

Through participation in this project, schools will be supported in developing in-school and cross-school professional teams centred on building teacher expertise in designing quality assessments and in collaborative moderation practices. The work of Klenowski and Wyatt-Smith (2010) will be drawn upon as a research evidence-base for this project.

There is an expectation that participating schools will collaboratively interrogate evidence to validate judgements about student learning on two levels:

  • across schools through professional dialogue with colleagues
  • within each school.
