SUMMARY:Mini Certificate in Gifted Education (COGE)
DESCRIPTION:The GERRIC’s Mini-COGE course provides practical professional
  development for educators to support high potential and gifted students. 
 High potential students are not necessarily high achievers\, and this cour
 se will focus on strategies to engage and support these students to reach 
 their potential.\n\nThe Mini-COGE will help educators to:\n\n 	identify gi
 fted\, high potential and talented students\n 	differentiate the curriculu
 m for high potential students\n 	implement ability grouping or acceleratio
 n\n 	understand gifted education research and best practices and\n 	develo
 p an existing (or create a new) unit of work to best suit the needs of the
  differentiated classroom and gifted students.\n\nUniversity of NSW (UNSW)
 \, Sydney will facilitate this GERRIC course\, and it will be delivered ov
 er a period of two consecutive days.\n\nThis is a series. By registering y
