DESCRIPTION:The overarching principle in responding to any allegation of a
   breach of child protection is to ensure the safety\, welfare and wellbe
 ing of any child who may be at risk of harm. Schools must investigate all 
 allegations against any member of their community according to the followi
 ng principles:\n\n 	procedural fairness\n 	privacy and confidentiality\n 	
 integrity\n 	timeliness.\n\nThis session will assist schools to understand
  their rights and obligations regarding managing allegations of breaches o
 f protective practices.\n\nPresented by Sonia Albertini\, Head of Legal Se
 rvices\, AISSA.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nIMPORTANT NOTICE: \n\nDue to current COVID-
