 igned to provide senior leaders with a clear understanding of their roles\
 , responsibilities and legal obligations when managing parent expectations
  and behaviours effectively. While conflict resolution approaches are nece
 ssary to manage and resolve disputes with parents\, clear\, empathetic\, a
 nd effective interactions are also fundamental considerations when seeking
  to create harmonious environments so that schools and families can collab
 orate productively towards shared educational goals.  \n\nParticipants w
 ill gain confidence to approach discussions with parents\, through legally
  sound principles of conflict management\, intervention and restoration.
