DESCRIPTION:This session will be offered via Zoom.  Registered attendees
 will be sent an access link closer to the event.\n\nAs we progress through
 Term 2\, the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic continue to impact the
 staffing requirements of our member Schools. Leaders are also experiencing
 changes and some difficulties in the day to day management of employee
 expectations for those staff who continue to attend work at this
 challenging time.\n\nPresented by Sonia Albertini and Elizabeth Sexton\,
 this session will provide up to date advice about managing the changing
 industrial landscape at your School in the both the short and long term
