SUMMARY:Leading Innovation and Change
DESCRIPTION:Lead change\, foster innovation and drive personal and organisa
 tional growth in your school.\n\nThis program focuses on leadership for th
 e future. Leaders will be supported to undertake leadership learning\, con
 text mapping\, organisational analysis and change\, visioning\, implementa
 tion and scaling of their own school-based project related to their curren
 t role and strategic focus.\n\nThe program provides participants with a pr
 actical and lived experience of leading change that is closely linked to c
 urrent research\, leadership theory and their daily work. It focuses on th
 e ways leaders can create a culture that welcomes innovation\, change and 
 renewal and strategies to gain commitment and buy in from staff. The progr
 am also focuses on personal leadership growth including self-awareness\, a
 daptive capacity and agility.\n\nIt will:\n\n 	build the leadership and pr
 ocess capacity for school innovation and change\n 	connect participants to
  a network of change leaders and\n 	provide skills and processes to lead y
 our own school's strategic vision.\n\nThis is a series.  By registering y
