It focuses on the ways le aders can create a culture that welcomes innovation\, change and renewal a nd strategies to gain commitment and buy in from staff.\n\nA focus on pers onal leadership growth and development including self-awareness\, adaptive capacity and agility underpins the program.\n\nThis program is designed f or school leaders at all levels who have the capacity to influence and lea d innovation and change.
