DESCRIPTION:This leadership program\, designed for aspiring\, middle and se
 nior leaders and leadership teams\, focuses on contemporary leadership.\n\
 nLeaders will be supported to undertake leadership learning\, context mapp
 ing\, organisational analysis and change\, visioning\, implementation and 
 scaling of their own school-based project related to their current role an
 d strategic focus.\n\nThe program provides participants with a practical a
 nd lived experience of leading change that is closely linked to current re
 search\, leadership theory and their daily work. It focuses on the ways le
 aders can create a culture that welcomes innovation\, change and renewal a
 nd strategies to gain commitment and buy in from staff.\n\nA focus on pers
 onal leadership growth and development including self-awareness\, adaptive
  capacity and agility underpins the program.\n\nThis program is designed f
 or school leaders at all levels who have the capacity to influence and lea
 d innovation and change. It will:\n\n 	build the leadership and process ca
 pacity for school innovation and change\n 	connect participants to a netwo
 rk of change leaders\,\n 	provide skills and processes to lead your own sc
 hool’s strategic innovation vision.\n\nThere will be four network days:\
 n\nDay 1 – Leading Self\, 6 June\, 9.00 am – 1.00 pm\nDay 2 – Leadin
 g Innovation and Change\, 28 June\, 9.00 am – 1.00 pm\nDay 3 – Leading
  Others\, 22 August\, 9.00 am – 1.00 pm\nDay 4 – Sharing Practice\, 24
  October\, 9.00 am – 1.00 pm\n\nThere will also be opportunities for one
 -to-one support throughout the program.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nTarget audience –
