 Overview: Join creator of the Traffic Light Model for AI Adrian Cotterell 
 who will work with you to create and manage a vision for AI use in your sc
 hool. This two-part series will focus on strategically leading a school-wi
 de approach to AI as part of a learning and assessment approach. When expe
 rt teachers are equipped with a strong knowledge of how students learn\, a
 nd the current strengths/ limitations of AI technology\, they can make inf
 ormed choices for when to integrate this technology into their teaching an
 d assessment practices. Participants will directly engage with Generative 
 AI tools.\n\n 	Consider AI through the lens of the thinking and learning p
 rocess\, not just academic integrity.\n 	Interrogate how this emerging tec
 hnology can both hinder and enhance the learning process.\n 	Consider a co
 nsistent\, structured AI approach to assessment across a secondary school 
 context.\n 	Proactively lead and respond to both the challenges and opport
