Leaders will be supported to unde rtake leadership learning\, context mapping\, organisational analysis and change\, visioning\, implementation and scaling of their own school-based project related to their current role and strategic focus. The program pro vides participants with a practical and lived experience of leading change that is closely linked to current research\, leadership theory and their daily work.
