DESCRIPTION:Newly added for Term 4!\n\nThe Impact Cycle is a professional l
 earning program that teaches participants to be an instructional coach and
  explains how to establish instructional coaching cycles that lead to impr
 oved teaching and student learning.  It is designed around Jim Knight’s
  seminal text ‘The Impact Cycle: What Instructional Coaches Should Do to
  Foster Powerful Improvements in Teaching’ to explore the three stages o
 f the coaching cycle: Identify\, Learn and Improve.\n\nFacilitated by Av S
 wami from Growth Coaching International\, over two days participants will 
 explore and practice:\n\n 	Partnership Principles as a foundation for inst
 ructional coaching\n 	the Identify\, Learn\, Improve elements of the Impac
 t Cycle\n 	working with teachers to identify instructional goals and subse
