SUMMARY:Instructional Coaching Series: The Coaching Lab
DESCRIPTION:Recognising four key elements of developing quality teaching
 practice - building knowledge\, motivating staff\, developing techniques\,
 and embedding practice\, The Coaching Lab will provide regular and focused
 opportunities to build coaching practice and confidence.\n\nBen Calleja\,
 from Growth Coaching International\, will facilitate The Coaching Lab - a
 termly opportunity for instructional coaches to grow their repertoire of
 coaching skills\, build their question banks and share
 practice.\n\nAdditional School Immersion Opportunity\n\nAn AISSA school
 immersion at Brighton Grammar School\, Melbourne\, will take place in term
 3. One day will focus on 'Coaching in Action'\, to see a functioning
 coaching program in action. The second day will immerse participants in
 'Accelerated Coaching Practice'. Schools can elect to participate in one or
 both days at the additional cost of $400.00 per person\, per day +
 flights/accommodation.    \n\nThis is a series. By registering you are
 committing to attending the following sessions:\n\n30 May\, 3.45pm -
 5.15pm\n30 August\, 3.45pm - 5.15pm\n15 November\, 3.45pm -
