DESCRIPTION:This session is now full.\n\nBeing able to navigate complex con
 versations is an area of skill\, situated within a clear understanding of 
 context and with the aim of achieving constructive solutions where everyon
 e feels heard and respected.\n\nFacilitated by Growth Coaching Internation
 al\, this practical and interactive one day program builds on coaching fun
 damentals to support participants with a conversational approach to develo
 p skills in undertaking challenging conversations.\n\nParticipants will ex
 plore:\n\n 	preconditions to giving and receiving feedback effectively\n 	
 strategies for bringing emotional intelligence to interactions that ensure
  trust\, self-esteem and respectful relationships remain intact\n 	skills 
 that support challenging conversations including listening\, questioning\,
  and clarifying\n 	personal triggers that can cause stress and emotional r
 esponses\, and strategies for managing these in difficult moments\n 	typic
 al workplace scenarios requiring honest\, courageous feedback\n 	structure
 s for managing difficult conversations which have been modelled and practi
 ced in relation to real life workplace issues\n 	practicing conversations 
 and developing a plan to support colleagues in implementing strategies.\n\
