SUMMARY:Innovative New Models for Recognition of Holistic Learning
DESCRIPTION:2024 represents the final year of the three-year Innovative New
Models for Recognition of Holistic Learning Project. The project is open to
those school teams continuing from 2023.\n\nThe project has enabled AISSA
schools to be part of a global learning ecosystem that collaborates with
international thought leaders as they investigate the shared challenge of
recognition which can embrace the whole learner.\n\nYear 3 will be a year
of consolidation and embedding the use of Michael Bunce’s Learning Impact
Tool to capture\, analyse and evaluate learning impact with students. The
tool and methodology are customisable by schools\, who will work to
translate the map and the methodology for their context.\n\nOur work to
date is telling us that we must listen more deeply to young people as the
producers of their learning\, and it is envisaged the project will build a
repository of materials accessible online as non-linear case-studies and
artefacts.\n\nA focus on narrative and digital storytelling will also see
the development of a documentary produced by all schools in partnership
with Flinders University to capture the learnings of the work across the
previous three years.\n\nA feature of the final year will be the
establishment of an international advisory group to critique each
school’s work\, led by Anthony Mackay AM\, and culminating in a combined
student/teacher forum which will create a sustainable map for education for
the future.\n\nThis is a series.  By registering you are committing to
