SUMMARY:Human Interdependence Project (HIP)
DESCRIPTION:Be part of a global partnership with AISSA\, YEE Education and
 Professor Yong Zhao through the Human Interdependence Project
 (HIP)!\n\nSchools are invited to participate in a pilot program with
 Professor Zhao and YEE Education to work with teachers and students from
 across the globe to find problems worth solving and to innovate\, create
 and find entrepreneurial solutions that create value for others.\n\nThe
 program aims to cultivate globally competent\, creative and
 entrepreneurially minded humans\, following the three pillars of the new
 paradigm of education proposed by Yong Zhao: personalisable learning\,
 authentic product-oriented learning\, and globally situated
 learning.\n\nStudents and teachers from Australia\, China and beyond will
 work together to create authentic products that illustrate human
 connectedness and interdependence in the globalised world. In doing so\,
 students will discover and develop their unique strengths\, enjoy
 participation in product creation and service opportunities that make a
 difference and develop global competency and social intelligence in online
 and cross-cultural settings.\n\nTeachers will develop new skills for
 teaching in a new paradigm of education\, lead the creation of future
 education\, network with like-minded educators in Australia and China and
 have the opportunity to work with some of the world's leading education
 experts.\n\nBy registering you are committing to attending the following

 Event\, AISSA (face-to-face)\nMar to Nov 2024 - Ongoing professional
 learning with YEE Education (online)\nSession 2: 28/06/2024\, 9.30am-2.30pm
 - Shark Tank - Venue TBC (face-to-face)\nSession 3: 22/11/2024\,
 9.30am-2.30pm - Final Learning Festival - Venue TBC (face-to-face and
 online)\n\nThe following items may also be arranged between YEE and
 participants and at own-cost:\n\nJul 2024: potential Chinese students and
 teachers cross cultural exchange to Australia\nOct 2024: potential students
 and teachers cross cultural exchange to China\n\nAudience: Primary and
