SUMMARY:Human Interdependence Project (HIP)
DESCRIPTION:Be part of a global partnership with AISSA\, YEE Education and 
 Professor Yong Zhao through the Human Interdependence Project (HIP)!\n\nSc
 hools are invited to participate in a pilot program with Professor Zhao an
 d YEE Education to work with teachers and students from across the globe t
 o find problems worth solving and to innovate\, create and find entreprene
 urial solutions that create value for others.\n\nThe program aims to culti
 vate globally competent\, creative and entrepreneurially minded humans\, f
 ollowing the three pillars of the new paradigm of education proposed by Yo
 ng Zhao: personalisable learning\, authentic product-oriented learning\, a
 nd globally situated learning.\n\nStudents and teachers from Australia\, C
 hina and beyond will work together to create authentic products that illus
 trate human connectedness and interdependence in the globalised world. In 
 doing so\, students will discover and develop their unique strengths\, enj
 oy participation in product creation and service opportunities that make a
  difference and develop global competency and social intelligence in onlin
 e and cross-cultural settings.\n\nTeachers will develop new skills for tea
 ching in a new paradigm of education\, lead the creation of future educati
 on\, network with like-minded educators in Australia and China and have th
 e opportunity to work with some of the world's leading education experts.\
