SUMMARY:HR Series: Redundancy and the use of Fixed Term Contracts
DESCRIPTION:In accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009\, this session will
 look at ways to bring the employment relationship to an industrially safe
 and amicable end when having to make a staff member’s position redundant.
 It will also cover the risks associated with fixed term contracts – their
 use and what happens when the contract comes to an
