 iew: This seminar is designed to equip school leaders with a clear underst
 anding of their roles and responsibilities in managing psychosocial risks 
 at work under the Work Health Safety (WHS) Act 2012. Psychosocial risks\, 
 including stress\, workplace bullying\, and mental health issues\, can hav
 e significant impacts on staff wellbeing and school culture. This session 
 will provide an overview of the legal obligations schools must meet\, focu
 sing on the duty of care in identifying\, assessing\, and controlling thes
 e hazards. \n\nThe seminar will introduce practical tools for risk manage
 ment\, including strategies to mitigate and prevent psychosocial harm. Top
 ics include:  \n\n 	building a supportive work environment\n 	fostering 
 resilience\n 	implementing mental health support programs.\n\nBy the end o
