 developing tailored professional development plans that align with
 individual and school-wide goals. The seminar will also address how to
 manage underperformance sensitively and effectively\, offering strategies
 for navigating tricky discussions\, maintaining positive working
 relationships\, and motivating staff to improve.\n\nParticipants will gain
 confidence in addressing performance gaps in accordance with the principles
 of procedural fairness to avoid unnecessary risks of complaints in the Fair
