SUMMARY:Five Ways of Being Leadership Symposium
DESCRIPTION:In this program you will learn how to apply the Five Ways of Be
 ing to become a leader who is more trusting\, brave\, compelling\, purpose
 ful and focused on growth.  Leaders will walk away with practical\, evid
 ence-based strategies\, improved leadership skills and a renewed sense of 
 clarity and confidence.\n\nThis program supports learning leaders to autho
 r their own leadership story through career-changing self-discovery and pr
 actical tools. The authors engage participants in the theory\, thinking\, 
 and practice which learning leaders undertake to truly transform the way t
 hey see their own leadership and to help others do the same.\n\nThe progra
 m is in two parts.\n\nPart 1: Face to Face Symposium\n\nThe program will c
 ommence with a face-to-face Leadership Symposium from 8.00 am to 3.45 pm a
 t Wilderness School on Friday 19 March 2021.  Please see the event broch
