 al Reflection\, Communication and Collaboration\, and delve into how expli
 citly developing these capabilities is vital for leading your school\, col
 lege or early learning centre\, in and out of the classroom.  \n\nLed by
  the 4C Transformative Learning team\, you will:   \n\n 	engage in expe
 riential learning to explore ways to develop deep learning cultures that a
 re responsive to unique school contexts\n 	be challenged and empowered as 
 you explore how to make these complex 4C capabilities explicitly teachable
 \, learnable and assessable for teachers and students\n 	share new ideas a
 nd perspectives as you collaborate with your school leadership team and ot
 her like-minded leaders\n 	develop tangible and actionable deep learning g
 oals\, tools and strategies to maximise the potential of your teachers and
