Keys focus areas include:\n\n leading self (emoti onal intelligence)\n effective feedback\n effective listening and paraph rasing\n leading change.\n\nThis series of four sessions will focus on de veloping the leadership capacity of early childhood leaders (ELC - Year 2) seeking the opportunity to build on their professional knowledge base and skills as leaders.
