 ssessing Exceeding National Quality Standard
DESCRIPTION:In 2021\, the Early Childhood Educators’ network will focus o
 n and provide opportunities to:\n\n 	collaborate and engage in professiona
 l discussions on current and emerging issues\, at local and national level
 s\n 	inform the development of policies and directions\n 	provide a collab
 orative forum for questions and sharing of best practice for ongoing profe
 ssional learning\n 	network with interested early childhood professionals\
 n 	respond to current research for future thinking and decision making rel
 ating to matters in early childhood education\n\nThese meetings will draw 
 on the deep wisdom and rich experiences based in all educational approache
 s including Reggio Emilia\, Steiner and Montessori\, as well as faith-base
 d beliefs that underpin a range of approaches. Through collaborative resea
 rch\, engagement in learning focused conversations and sharing professiona
 l practices we will respond to provocations from a range of educational re
 sources\, frameworks and curriculums.\n\nTerm 1 learning focus: Demonstrat
 ing and Assessing Exceeding National Quality Standard\n\nPresenters: Jane 
 Bilberry and Melissa Thompson\, Senior Authorised Officers\, Education Sta
 ndards Board\n\nWe welcome in this session Senior Authorised Officers from
  the Education Standards Board\, Jane Bilberry and Melissa Thompson will b
 e presenting at our first network meeting in 2021. This informative and co
 llaborative session will provide opportunity to:\n\n 	engage in rich dialo
 gue to deepen knowledge and understanding in about what the three Exceedin
 g themes might look like in practice\, and across different service contex
 ts.\n 	receive information on the updated Exceeding NQS guidance.\n 	explo
 re new resources have been developed for both the sector and state and ter
 ritory authorised officers.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nTarget audience: Early Learning 
 Centre Directors/Coordinators\n\nDelivery mode: face to face\n\nIf you wou
