 oach\, it can be hard to carve out time to practice and build your coachin
 g skills within the busyness of a school day. Address this by becoming par
 t of a community of like-minded coaches who will connect virtually each te
 rm with the talented Ben Calleja from CCSolutions. Content will be co-crea
 ted by participants to ensure your needs are met and your confidence as a 
 coach can grow.  Possible topics may include: \n\n 	refining the goal se
 tting process\n 	working with resistance and challenging coaching dynamics
 \n 	evaluating the impact of coaching\n 	deeper practice of coaching skill
 s—listening to encourage thinking and asking powerful questions\n 	givin
 g feedback in coaching to increase self-awareness and personal agency.\n\n
 Through four after-school workshops\, one each term\, coaches will spend a
 n invigorating 90 minutes together to actively re-visit key coaching techn
 iques and become part of a thriving coaching professional learning communi
 ty. Access recordings of each coaching lab to re-visit core concepts will
