 participants to the Building the Self-Researching School: Research as a
 Catalyst for Growth project and assist you to determine if this
 initiative is the right fit for your school. \n\nAISSA Senior Educational
 Consultants Julie Tarzia and Desiree Gilbert will outline the program’s
 key outcomes and what schools can expect from their involvement. \n\nIn
 its inaugural offering\, the AISSA invites schools to build practitioner
 research capability as a gateway to learning success. This project supports
 schools to become self-researching communities\, identifying problems of
 practice\, developing evidence literacy\, and fostering a culture of
 reflection and collective improvement tailored to their unique
 context. Schools will engage in tailored pathways that shift the focus
 from external solutions to internally driven inquiry and
 innovation. Schools are invited to hear more about the project and ask the
