SUMMARY:The Board Fundamentals Program - Issues Impacting Independent
 Schools
DESCRIPTION:Throughout 2022\, instead of a dedicated Governance
 Conference\, the AISSA will be offering a range of evening zoom sessions
 known as The Board Fundamentals Program.\n\nThe series will provide the
 opportunity for Boards to stay informed\, remain responsive to the current
 climate and keep abreast of contemporary issues and challenges.\n\nSession
 1: Issues Impacting Independent Schools\, presented by Margery Evans\,
 CEO\, Independent Schools Australia.\n\nOther Zoom sessions throughout 2022
 will address the following issues:\n\n 	risk management including cyber
 risk\n 	board review\n 	Principal Reviews\, appointments\, induction and
 support\n 	strategic planning\n 	complaints procedures.\n\nThe AISSA
 website will be updated with details as are confirmed.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nTarget
 audience – school board members and school leaders\n\nDelivery mode –
