 Pilot. Work alongside AITSL and AISSA for this 12-month pilot program to

 principals and current or aspiring middle leaders. \n\nYour commitment:
 16.5 contact hours plus any required reading.\n\nAITSL Professional
 Standards for Teachers: Focus areas 6.1\, 6.2\, 6.3\, 6.4\,
 7.4\n\nDelivery mode: 1 x face-to-face session and 5 x 2-hour online

 5:00pm.\n\nProgram Overview: The Professional Standards for Middle
 Leaders (Middle Leader Standards) have been developed to recognise and
 support the vital role of middle leaders in schools. These practical
 Standards support professional growth and leadership development
 and are now available for use in schools across Australia. \n\nIn
 collaboration with AITSL\, the AISSA invites schools to join a 12-month
 implementation pilot of the Middle Leader Standards. Participating schools
 will: \n\n 	receive support to develop middle leader capability and
 implement the standards\n 	help shape how the standards strengthen middle
 leadership\n 	provide insights into the professional learning resources
 middle leaders need most.\n\nWhat’s involved? \n\n 	launch workshop:
 One-day\, face-to-face session for current middle leaders\n 	implementation
 support: Practical advice and approaches from AITSL\n 	online
 self-reflection tool for current and aspiring middle leaders\n 	ongoing
 learning: Up to five online workshops\n 	feedback: Principals and leaders
 provide input through surveys and focus groups.\n\nProgram Lead: please
