Primary Schools in the 21st Century (P21)

Funding in this element is available to primary schools, the primary school component of R-12 schools or special schools to build facilities such as libraries, multipurpose halls or classrooms or upgrade existing facilities. This element has been extended to also allow the construction of early learning centres where a school can demonstrate that higher level priority projects are not required.
